Dear Sir,

We have 4 Hitachi window A/Cs and so far had good service but we have been cheated by one of the Hitachi Service personal – Sunil Yadav (Tel No. 9667230252 – screen shot with his pic & copy of bill given by him is attached)

He attended to a complaint , Job No. 19041508664 0n 17-04-2019

After servicing of A/c it stopped cooling within a few days . We called the Technician at his no. 9667230252 – he came within few days, filled the gas & replaced one capacitor. He charged Rs 3200 / (2700 for Gas and 500 for Capacitor) but didn’t give any receipt saying he’ll give the same later as he’s forgotton to carry the receipt book and came in a hurry.

He stopped receiving calls from us and appears has cheated. We demand strict action against this person / service provider with immediate repair of our window a/c

Pl send us a reply on action taken on service provider by Hitachi for cheating customer.
