I purchased two window A/C 1.5 ton each on31/7/2014of O GENERAL Brand from Karan Enter prises Patel nagar Ndelhi-8 He told warranty card will be in the box The same is not availale in the box.I have visited his shop and contacted on phone but all in vain. take suitable action please.Thanks PLEASE NOTE my complaint is not against OGENERAL or HITACHI it against KARAN enter prises ONLY In your sistem OGENERAL option is not available i filled HItachi for name sake so that u can get my complaint
