Hitachi AC – Manufacturing Defect no ready to replace

Dear Concern, I have purchased an Air Conditioner of Hitachi, but it sorry to say that from the very first the A/C was having the Manufacturing defect, on the very same day i have complaint to the dealer and Hitachi Staff but i think no one is ready to replace the Air Conditioner. Complaints Numbers are: 15050505723 Dated 3-May-15 15051004827 Dated 11-May-15 Complaint was locked on the very first day but the complaint was entertained after 1 Week and inspite of replacing the A/C Call was forcely closed by the Engineer, again i called the engineer and ask the reason for closing the call, i didn’t get any solution then again locked the complaint but now till date there is no solution and no one is even bothered to replace the A/C. Your Engineer denies the visit at home for Inspection, Firstly he mis-behave with my family then he is said that today its raining so i will visit according to my choice, but ill date i am chasing for the machine but no solution has been provided till date. I am begging from the Dealer from past 20 Days but still no one is ready to help me out. Attaching the Bill Copy and Customer Feedback form.

As the Hitachi Engineer has visited at our place and i have been chasing from past 20 days regarding the replacement of my AC, of which i have already Filled the Hitachi’s Form, which i am also attaching in this complaint.
