Dear sir, I purchased one split AC Hitachi and one orient coller from best price walmart lucknow on 11.03.2016. I gave all the details to the store and they promised that the items will reach to the required destination tomorrow and they will charge Rs 300. Still inspite of many requests and ready to pay Rs 1000, the purchased items have still not supplied on 14.03.2016 at 6.41 PM. I am in contact of Mr joshi, store officer of walmart and he responded very well, yet my purchased items have not reached to us. This is quite very poor service of such an high class international store. Kindly take some action.Thanks
