It is very unfortunate that the company like hitachi is so unconcerned about its customers. I have a window hitachi ac (invoice enclosed)which is still in the warranty period but is out of service for a fortnight as because the motor of the machine is not functioning . The motor part is not available in the city store house and i believe it is not there in the production centre as well. For the major part of the machine the customer has to suffer for last 20 days in this scorching heat. Let me tell you that from day one at the time of installation the machine had fault and it was giving terrible noise. The installation of the machine normally takes a couple of hours but for me it took 4-5 days as several service personnel had to visit one after another. We insisted to replace the faulty machine with a new one but the request was turned down by your men. I want my machine to be replaced with a new one immediately otherwise i have to report this to the authority of consumer forum. I have warned my friends, relatives and neighbor not to purchase any product of your hitachi in future.
