Hello, This is to inform you that on 3rd June 2017, I went to KTM Service Centre located in Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana for my bike’s first service. While servicing my bike, I noticed that the guy who was operating on my Duke 250, opened the cam head of the engine. He took off the whole fuel tank and opened the engine from top. He then applied some paste on the engine wall. I do not why he did that. After servicing my bike, when I took it to ride on NH-8, the bike had hell lot of vibrations on foot pegs as well as on side mirrors. The bike was not so smooth as it was earlier. The major issue is, when on high speed my bike makes a whistling sound after 5000 rpm from back tyre area. I am now scared to ride my KTM. The sound is like generated from inline 4 engine. The sound is good, but still I like the roar sound KTM. I do not whats going on. I am actually so frustrated and depressed that I do not know whom to contact. They even do not know how to unlock the rpm limit on my bike. They said, it will be automatically unlocked, nobody has to do nothing. The servicing is so so so poor. I love my KTM Duke 250. I do not want something bad to happen with my ride. Please help me. I am a hardcore rider and I love my bike. I have spent all my savings to get this bike. I respect KTM, so please!!! Please help!!!
