Hitachi Closed Service Request without Resolution

Madam/Sir,
I have faced the similar experience (the trailed mail is enclosed for your reference) once more. This time I gave service request (as there was no other suitable option to lodge complain) which was docketed vide no 17052004451 and I was communicated on 20.05.2017 that the call will be attended as soon as possible. To my utter surprise, today 25.05.2017 at 05.07 P.M, I received SMS that the call no 17052004451 was closed in your system.

I think what a fortunate person I am. In two occasions HITACHI closed my call without attending the complain. Perhaps, you will agree with me that within one year a new AC rarely requires any major overhauling. During that period if the state of service is so pathetic, what will it be later!

I have not yet changed my old VOLTAS till date. I have also a CARRIER in my house and so far CARRIER did not make any such obnoxious joke with me. Hope I have clearly ventilated my humiliation and it is up-to HITACHI to mollify it.
