On 17th May,2017 I had given an application to the Branch Manager,Kotak Life Insurance Co.Ltd.,Jamshedpur,in person,stating my voluntary resignation from the agentship of Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Co.Ltd.,with immediate effect.In my application I had requested for obtaining NOC (No-Objection-Certificate)from the company quickly. Kindly cancel my agent license with Kotak Life Insurance at the earliest.My PAN no. is BDEPD8XX25B and Agent Code is KLI60445533. Please take this matter as very urgent and resolve the request at the earliest.
