It is regretted to inform that we bought above product from Amazon India on 16/09/16 but the same is not working at all and if found dead. You are requested to provide service and comments.

The Orpat group is refusing for services for defective cordless stream iron recently bought from Amazon India.
Their distributor is asking for parts amount despite warranty. And Amazon is not taking it back and cancelled my account illegally.
