We purchased this double door 655 ltrs huge Hitachi fridge from Vijay sales at Infiniti andheri west. Purchased on 17-2-2013. Right from beginning we have too much humidity problem in fridge because of that water droplets accumulate under shelves and keep falling into food,verges,fruits causing them to Rot and even catch Fungus. Complaint has been given several times in warranty period and mr Nisar has come twice/thrice to check it, just some adjustments he makes and says to cover all food items, after following that too which is a big problem because it’s never happened in any other fridge till today. The problem of humidity/Moisture is way too much to be controlled. We want either a permanent solution to this problem or money back. As this seems to be a defect with Hitachi fridge’s.

Pls look into this matter and help me find a permanent solution to solve this from Hitachi or Money back of this defective fridge Model.
