My 390 liter Hitachi 3-Compartments refrigerator of 2013 was not cooling the two sections above the freezer (which is the bottom compartment). The complaint was attended to but in less than 24 hours it has again stopped cooling. The technician just did a superficial check and adjusted the central compartment for smoothing closing but did not check for any other likely cause of the fault. My unfortunate impression is that these technicians are not qualified and competent to rectify any fault. Kindly depute your technicians from the company for the same.Such slip-shod work is not acceptable.
