Nokia 6.1 Mobile – Ridiculous & Pathetic Service Within Warranty Period

Greetings of the day. Hope you are doing well. By hard heart, I am approaching you to help in resolving my query.

Myself Jatin. My younger brother bought Nokia 6.1 Plus through Flipkart.

Phone was working fine till 02 days back. Suddenly, phone was dead and there was no display and even it was not getting charged properly. He visited Nokia Service Centre next day and surprised to hear that phone is damaged inside with water and will not be covered under warranty. He told him that it’s not his fault and phone has not been damaged by water at all because He regularly uses rain cover for mobile in rain. But they didn’t agreed so he came back with his phone. His phone is dead since last 03 days and he is using my other phone. It affects his work as well as mine. This is just for your reference that my father & mother is using Nokia mobiles only.

This is I say ridiculous service, We are purchasing a phone of INR 15,000 and not getting service from such a brand even if phone is in warranty period. Honestly, this is not his fault at all.

If I don’t get any resolution of this within 48 hours, I assure you that no Nokia phones will be sold through my friends, family members and colleagues. I Will also post it on Social Websites and also file a case against you in Consumer Forum. Unfortunately, I will have to take necessary steps even though I don’t want.

We as a customer trust brand like you (other than Oppo, Vivo, MI & other) and you guys will give service like this. It’s your time to deliver service.
