Hitachi Split AC – very poor cooling improper customer care

Hitachi Split AC was delivered to me on 02.04.2013. After delivery I have have not received any service from the company till I emailed the fact to the Manager (Operations)this March,2014.Though the company is supposed to provide 4 services in the first year.Technician visited on 06.3.2014 who was informed that there is very poor cooling. He informed me that to check the cooling second service will be necessary.I informed the company.

Immediate detection of the cause for non cooling and taking appropriate steps to check any further suffering in this hot summer and loss of money due to prolonged and unjustified consumption of electricity for running the machine.
