I had deposited Rs10000/ as advance registration fee with this institution for admission of my son Abhinav Thakur to B.tech course during june 2013 Later on he was admitted to other institution and asked for refund of above amount but instituin is not refunding the money I wrote a letter during sept 2013 and again send a reminder during march 2014 but in vain.They are saying that you did not demanded the refund timely.though I made verbal reguet as stated in the letter still they are insiting for timely written request which is there high handness and malpractices and refusal to refund the amount
