We booked the deluxe package for above mentioned package vide Memo No.P476 dated 14/04/2014. On reaching Shimla we found ordinary hotel with broken furniture and torn ed bed sheet. Similar condition to the rest of the package except Manali and Keylong hotel.

On complaining about the condition the Shimla office showing us the Kolkata office and on contacting Kolkata office they are suggesting to contact our tour manager who is our car driver Ravi, who has no power to change the situation as it is booked from Shimla office. For repeated complaining they threatened us (me, sister and mother who is 65years old)to abandoned at Sarahan. We are totally shattered physically and mentally by their hospitality and service.

We want either company pay us back the extra money they cheated us with interest or the company may be blacklisted and terminate their business license whichever you think the best for the situation.
