Loan account number :3402105608 I have availed a loan from home credit india. I have financed a laptop. Due to some financial trouble i was unable to pay the EMI due on the date of 21 dec so i told them that I will pay the emi on 1 jan when i get my salary, I agreed to pay the late fee Rs. 300.However i kept on receiving 10 calls everyday asking for payment. I complaint it to customer care and they said they cant stop calls until i make the payment, even if i give them a promise i will still get calls.On 31 dec I paid the EMI . Home credit india’s Customer care rep told me that due to the inconvenience caused to me , he will waie off the late fee. However till today ( 5 jan 2015), i get at least 10 calls from home credit every day asking for payment. I work in night shift and sleep in day, but due to at least 10 harassing calls every day from home credit, I m unable to sleep. I am getting mentally disturbed with these calls.

I get at least 10 calls every day. Sometimes they call at 9 pm. I am unable to sleep because of so many calls and unable to work in night shift. I am mentally harassed and disturbed.
