HI, I have purchased iphone6 plus order id OD001566306123838401 and the product is hanging flipkart doesnt provide refund at least it should provide an option for customer to go for another product.consider about customer also… flipkart is not allowing me to go for another product. please don’t forget your business success depends on customer satisfaction.I have spent 62000 and they are not allowing me to go for another product and forcefully making me to go for that product only.one of my friend purchased iphone 6 plus from flipkart and the product is defective.knowingly I dont want to be in risk.please help me in this regard.
