I placed a order with order number 14071432. (2 of Dell Laptop Bag 15.6 inch ) on 12th of December, The commitment made by the firm says that it will be delivered by 20th of December but till today, 5th jan i have not received any response. Even they are not repaying properly to my emails

Such sites should be penalized heavily, so people wont regret placing order online. My money / order should be refunded or delivered. Along with this they should apologies publicly and should pay a fine for so much delay and holding money too infibeam
