i bought a zync z99 tablet at(Rs,6990) from Home shop18 in march ,tablet was delivered to me between 2nd to 4th MARCH but in every 4 to 5 hours it automatically gets switched off,when i call customare care they told me to update or restore the settings but this is not getting helpfull for me, on 6th of april it totally gets switched off and not starting after that i call customer care and told them about the problem they told me to give tablet at the service center,after thet i give tablet at the service center on 10th of april they told me that there is a software problem in tablet and said that they will give me tablet in 15 to 20 days but when i all after 20 days they said that my tablet is in company and not repaired yet after that i call zync customer care they said that your tablet has a hardware problem so we give you a new tablet but till now 14th august after 4 months i didnt get my tablet yet.till now i called zync customer care 100s times but they dont delivered my tablet every time when i call they said your tablet was delivered to you within 1 week , iam very stressed sir/mam please help me.

sir/mam , if a mobile or cellular device is kept damaged for a long time for a period of 3 to 4 months it cant perform well after repair , So i want my money back or a new tablet please sir/mam help me.
