I was using Tikona connection for more than a year at my old place Roseland Residency, Pimple Saudagar , Pune. The concern which I am having is for location transfer they are neither providing connection nor giving me refund of amount paid to recharge for 6 months from April ’13 to Oct’13. Please find details of the case below. I received call from Tikona representative for recharge around march end as my balance was exhausting in April ’13. I informed that I will be shifting to another building in same area Pimple Saudagar, Pune from May ’13 and if I recharge for 6 months and you would not be able to transfer connection and representative replied stating we would refund you remaining amount. As still there was additional period I have I did not make payment and to remind me there were 3-4 calls from Tikona representative and all of them confirmed refund for the same case. I happened to transfer to my new location C-604, Peace Valley soc., Pimple Saudagar on 1st of June. Tikona representative came to transfer my connection on 8th of June and he suggested connection is not feasible and he took instrument and completed process. He also confirmed Tikona will refund remaining amount. In next 2 days I received call from another representative who informed me to give refund by 45 days. After couple of days I received mail from Tikona technical team stating zero refund amount. I escalated this issue with their customer call center and to my great surprise they informed me I am not eligible for refund. He asked me to drop a mail to their head Mr. J Nair. Apparently he also replied with no refund is applicable. Moreover they are not ready to take responsibility of what their representative told me at the time of recharge. My fight with them was ongoing meanwhile in my building on 4th floor i..e C-404 having identical geographical location connection was provided .As they have provided to 4th floor I asked them repeatedly to provide me connection in that case. They advised they will check and get back. Eventually they refused to provide connection as well. I have been following up with them from 8th of June and I am getting different response from them and they are flatly denying to either provide connection or refund now. I have already told multiple times that recently connection has been set up by Tikona team in C-404 in my apartment where as I am refused for connection on 6th floor (having identical geographical location) due to feasibility issues which beyond my understanding. This is unethical as they have provided connection to 4th floor but not 6th floor whereas they set up their module on terrace. 6th floor having same geographical situation it is their responsibility to provide connection. Even if it is feasible they are not providing connection. If they are not providing connection to feasible area they should give me refund for non utilized period i.e. from June to October ’13.
