HomeShop18 Mobile Replacement Not Sent – No Refund

I have ordered the mobile Videocon V-1635 against order no.919993209 on 12-12-2012 and received on 19-12-2012. On receiving the mobile within 15 minutes I checked the mobile, the mobile was not getting on. I make a call to the customer care no.01204455918 of homeshop18 and they said the mobile will be replaced within 4-5 days. Their Aramex courier comes to me on 20-12-2012 and I sent back the mobile under courier receipt no.4707322384. They After that I have called 3 times and said that the mobile will be replacement in 3-4 days. In my last call I was asured that I will receive my mobile on 02-01-2013. Now I called today on 01-01-2013 they are saying that it will take 5-7 days more to receive the mobile. I am not compensated in amy terms by them but disturbed by them in all the ways. I called them on 05-01-2013 and now they are saying that I will receive by mobile on 11-01-2013. I have lost more than Rs.100/- on phones for enquiry & complaints to homeshop18. I have lost all hopes & I am fully hopefull on your site.

Mobile should be replaced and as compensation/ relief my money should also be refunded.
