Dear sir, I have Purchase a spice mobile through Home two month back (date of purchase is 15.08.2014) through home shop 18, But mobile is defected, i submit the same four times at spice customer cent. but problem is same. Related e mail to spice as under Respected sir, I have purchase a Mobile set for Rs.4999/= vide Bill No.No.TARA/14-15/151008 Dt.18.08.2014 through online (Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd.) Order No.951336369 dt.15.08.2014 Spice Full Touch Duel Sim Phone -508, IMEI Number 911353105009659. But. It is very surprising matter that this mobile was defected. Generally early morning and after reaching office when i see mobile is on also signals are showing perfectly but no out going also incoming, When i switched off mobile and restart then all SMS, Emails, and missed showing the set. I am using this mobile since the date of purchase doing this practice, I have visited your service center Shakarpur branch the concerned person returned to me the set after re installing the software. but problem is the same. I have submitted the mobile set second time at your service center, The concerned person told me that we will sent this set to company. and it will take approx. 20 days. i agree. Three days before i have received the set before approx. time. But just after one days mobile set. creating the same problem. Finally i have submitted the set once again at your service center. vied Service request No.30100144E91008 Dt.30.09.2014 20:28:02, This time I am unable to send you the scan copy of purchase bill and Service Request sheet. Therefore you are humbly requested to please replace it and give me other one set of same model Sir I will highly appreciate if you accept my request.
