Hond CB Trigger Bike – Faulty product & deficeency in service

I have purchased Hond CB Trigger Bike in Aug, 2013. There is problem in gear shifting and gear slipping. for 6 months i kept giving my bike to services and the result is same. problem is not resolved. Service manager tells me that the gear is designed that way. whereas that faulty designed is not found in any other bike. This is safety issue. The Engine of the bike is opened and pictures taken at service centre.

I want to return this faulty product back to Honda and need my money back.
