Vodafone – facing connectivity issues no satisfactory service

I am a customer of Vodafone from last 4-5 years. I live in Raheja Estate, Borivali East(Near National Park). Since last 2-3 months, I’m facing connectivity issues. I have tried the customer support center online & also reached the Vodafone Store personally for the same, i was told that the problem will be solved within a week’s time. It has been more than a month & the problems still persist. It’s not just only me, but the whole society is facing this problem. I have tried everything & co-operated in every possible way to resolve this issue. But my efforts went all in vain.

I have put a complain but haven’t received any satisfactory service from Vodafone but just few calls. I am being cooperative since last 2 months. As a customer, I am paying the entire rental & other charges through my prepaid recharges & others. But not getting services up to mark. And I want to be clear that the problem has been started long back before I have put complain on face book. Because I have not got any reply on calls, mails or anywhere else so I had to do this. My work is suffering from all this.
