Micromax LED TV – panel is blown out delay in service by care centre

I had bought a Micromax 32 LED HD Ready TV on September 5 , 2013 which went kaput on the 26th of December. I posted the complaint regarding it on the very same day and was provided a complaint no. A26121040205 . I was promised by call centre guy that I will get visited by the technician within 48 hours but they came after 10 days i.e on the 6th of January after calling them again and again. When they came they told me that the TV panel is blown out and I will be given a replacement . and it will take approx 10-15 days . But now even that time frame has expired and I have no knowledge as to even if I will receive the new set or not .. and if yes when will that be? .. I have been in touch with service in charge of Bihar circle Mr.Sailesh .. on about 12th of Jan he said that the set has been dispatched and I will receive it the very same week but I never did. Now he tells me that he has no info about the product dispatch and cant promise me any date as hes superiors are not responding to hes mail . He told me that he could not be of much help now , so i started calling up call centre every day since the 24th of Jan, I called on 24th and was promised a response by next day. No call came so I called up again on the 25th, then I was promised a response on Monday and as usual no call came on monday , so I called up again and was promised a response like always again on the next day but yet again no calls came.

I want them to send me the new replacement t.v , and not the same but because of all this suffering and wasting my time on the calls I at least need a 40” panel now or 50000rs as soon as possible. They have really taken a toll of of patience.
