I paid Rs 63081 towards purchase of Honda Activa SCV D at the said showroom on 21/1/2015. When waiting for the delivery at their showroom on 22/1/2015 i witnessed the workers dragged the display/demo piece of Honda Activa SCV110D in a unprofessional and shabby manner . When i enquired them why they are handling in the similar pattern they said the vehicle does not pertains to me. When i followed them to their service place i witnessed them cleaning the same vehicle ref: engine no: JF50ET1647154, BATTERY NO: 401707, FRAME NO: ME4JF502MET645445 , FS BOOK NO: 143297 and they justified doing the same as there is no further stock. I had a argument with their team for more than 1 hour and requested to return the money Rs 63081/- which i paid towards my vehicle. Waiting for their reply.

I want my money of vehicle amount Rs 63081/ (Sixty Three Thousand and Eighty One Rupeess ) + Rs 750 (Seven hundred and Fifty ) towards Credit card service tax payment + Rs 750 (Seven Hundred and Fifty) towards the conveyance expenses to their showroom on various occasion. – Total – 64581 – (Sixty Four Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty one only.)
