My Car Details are as follows
Model Honda City CVT with sunroof
Purchased in Nov 2015 Car No PY 05 2723

During servicing in Jul 2018, I requested the service manager to change the transmission fluid. It was not done. Service agency – Whitefield Honda, Bangalore. Service associate – Mr Mutthu Kumar.

On inquiry Mr Kumar answered that transmission fluid is to be changed at every 3 years/30000 km.
As per the manual it is supposed to be changed every 2 years/20000 km.

Kindly clarify the periodicity at which transmission fluid should be changed.
