I am Indian national expatriate working in Dubai – I have booked a plot with villa in Isambe, Khalapur – Raigad District in their Magic Hill Project. The agreement is signed in 2009. Although, I have paid more than 80% of the value, I have still not received the possession of the plot. The developer Ms. Garnet Constructions Ltd has not updated the status of the project. The website has been taken down. I had taken a bank loan, to finance this project. Inspite of repeated emails, they have failed to respond. The developer refuses to acknowledge the emails & are not responded to. Telephone calls are not attended to.
They have started another project in the same vicinity
For both the above project most of the buyers are NRI’s from DUBAI, NORTH AMERICA & AFRICA

Please advise how to go about it, as I have encountered tremendous financial loss due to this delay. Would request your advice & redressal.
