I was driving my new Honda mobilio which i purchased on my wife’s name in sept 2014 from jalandhar to jammu on 24 feb 2015 when suddenly the front right side tyre got burst the car pulled towards divider and collided with divider. As i was driving at 60-70 kmph and i could control the car and car didn’t topple and no vehicle hit me from behind my life was saved just minor injuries. Who is responsible for this accident and who would have been responsible for loss of my life ….i was shivering for few minutes before i could realize that i m alive and ok.

The damage to veh is 150760/- but that will be taken care by insurance company. I want to know is the life of a customer is of no value. Who is responsible for this tyre burst the tyre manufacturer or the Honda. As Honda must be having its own quality assurance.

This kind of accident should not happen with anyone. Whosoever is responsible for this should be taken to the task. Life is really precious for relatives of anyone. The company or thr individual whosoever is responsible should be fined as per the cost of an human life.
