Inappropriate deduction of Rs 80/- in lump sum on 27/2/15. I called up to customer care at about 2000 hrs on same day he replied that was for some Bhavishyawani Pack on my Reliance Communications smartphone, I denied that I didn’t do any and asked to register a complaint but he disconnected and barred my number then I could not able to approach anybody.. I mean sir its not done you always barred the consumer in these cases. please do needful.

Damage occurred is 800 as you don’t really approach in every case. its really cheating and annoying. As its a routine process of these companies and this is my first claim.
