The Honda service center – CR Scooters, Subhnapura, Vadoara does not accept vehicles for service even though I visited them 3 times (even twice in a single day). They insist that I should come for service in the morning at 8am while their workshop timing is from 9am. I visited the service center at 10:30 and still they didn’t accepted my vehicle saying that they are over occupied – this repeated for two days. When i requested them to accept the vehicle (at 2pm) and deliver next day till 11’o clock they said they will deliver in the morning. This is ridiculous service practice. They proudly say that everyone is coming in the morning at 8am why can’t you? Rather than optimizing their processes and enabling their people for better services they are asking consumers to behave according their comfort.

Not for me. I want service centers to accept customer vehicles anytime and update customers according to TATs (expected turn around time – which definitely should not a full day!). These are ISO certified companies and they must have SOPs defined for each service process and they should be bound to follow those timelines. Accepting vehicles anytime for service and deliver according to schedule this is all I want for all.
