Whirlpool Refrigerator – PCB found defective center stopped responding

I bought a whirlpool refrigerator ( s.no INA141701297, model /yr-FF2D305d) vide invoice number 12-13/00613/TG on 26th May 2014 Just a couple of days after usage I noticed ice formation was taking place even in the non-freezer portion. On complaint the PCB was found defective and replaced. I had to complain twice for this. Then the refrigerator started to make a loud noise. On complaining they opened and checked the fan and said there was some problem with the fan and went away. The problem is still not rectified and they have stopped responding despite repeated reminders ( complaint satisfaction code 602 dated 16 oct 2014, complaint satisfaction code 853 dated 21 oct 2014) I request that the refrigerator may be replaced and I maybe compensated suitably for the torture.

continued Mental harassment, grievous inconvenience caused due to weird cooling and loud noise and time effort and money wasted on complaints made to whirlpool
