Manufacturing Defetcs, Vehicle performance very poor, Honda unable to provide satisfactory services, I am unable to carry my family especially a female one, with my year old son as the Honda people has completely refused to fit the rear footrest that directly is a danger to my family safety and that is a major concern. Please help because I am a mother and a working woman and I have taken my vehicle to the workshop for the problems and two free services (actually not free) has been done on the vehicle but so far the performance is dipping down ERRATIC sound from Clutch and NOW ENGINE is also making lot of noise. Please help.

I purchased the vehicle on cash basis, I spent my hard earned money to purchase the vehicle on cash basis. I have purchased the vehicle to fulfill my daily tasks, to take care of my family, but honda has failed to give satisfactory product. There are manufacturing defects and engine problems because of which, I sometime get stuck either at my house, or my office or on my way to office or home, and being a WOMEN that is not at all safe. I have an year old son and i am unable to perform my duties as a mother, as a daughter, as a professional.
