Horrible service from Indian Oil Corp’s Indane Gas. There are three people sitting in the distribution center with 3 different phones. Yet no one ever bothers to pick the phone. And if you ask them anything about it, they reply very rudely saying that the phone lines are dead and we are too busy to answer calls. They never pick up the calls inspite of the phones functioning properly. They’ve muted the phones. And the response given by them is as if they own the company and we are people in desperate need of the gas. They are mis-using the position of power and working for a government set up.

This leads to us traveling all the way to the distribution center time and again in case of any issues. Its 8 kms from my home and is a 16 km drive up and down. Regular travel to the center means waste of time and fuel.
