We at Suncity Tours & Travels registered with you on agentbox have been harassed by your services. We booked a hotel in Nice,France. Hotel Azurea on August 1,2015 for check in on 11th august for 2 nights. Our director Mr Siddharth Mehta reached the hotel on time to check in with 5 other friends, but to our surprise the reservation guy refused them saying that no rooms has been booked. For your information, we have been charged the full amount already on the date of booking. I am attaching herewith your voucher for the concerned hotel for your perusal. Please look into the matter immediately since our guests have been standing at the reception for nearly 3 hours now. Is this the kind and quality of services you intend to provide to your customers especially travel agent themselves.

Please look into in on priority. If we don’t get any satisfactory response, we will take this case forward to higher authorities and if required to the CONSUMER COURT for torture and mental harrassment at this hour of time.
