Dear sir, My mobile Micromax Canvas knight has some fault on 9th june 2015 so I went to service centre in Sangamner Mahrashtra 422605. They said Maximun 25-30 required but after 2 months on 12 Aug my phone is came to service centre but service centre saying it has touch problem thats why they again sent my mobile to company without my permission and now they are saying more 1 month required and it will charged rs 2400. When I had given my mobile to Service Centre at that time my mobile is in WARRANTY. Then also they are charge rs2400. They are saying it is a damaged case but when I had given my phone on 9th june at that time they said it will repaired but now they are saying it is damaged case. Till I didnt get my phone. They give me a new jobsheet in that new date 13 aug is written but in old jobsheet date is 9th june and mobile is in warranty but in new jobsheet my mobile warranty has ended now. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you
