Sir, I purchased a Nokia mobile handset no. 357777060167626 357777060167634 battery no.437995V477415101794 model 130DS from authorized distributor “TARANG ,New Market Rawatbhata ,via – Kota ,Rajasthan against cash memo no. 5722 on 22/02/2015. After 15/05/2015 the set started malfunctioning and its incoming call tone became silent. Since my set was within warranty period , so I approached to NOKIA CARE CENTRE, M/s Supreme Electronics .Near Jain Temple, 352, Shopping Centre ,Kota (Raj). The service centre staff told me that the set of this model is not repairable and I should approach to the dealer and get it replaced from a new set. I returned the mobile set to dealer “TARANG, RAWATBHATA” but he is neither replacing my set with a new one nor he is getting it repaired till date. Therefore, I request you to take necessary action so that I may get my set in working condition. Thanks.
