Hotel Management Bad behavior Expedia

Expedia itinerary:- 7106418409510 bad behavior by hotel. Booked hotel on 3rd April, 2014 for date 4-Apr-2014. When reached hotel they said why you booked hotel through expedia and you should have booked directly and they started behaving badly with us. I had a female companion with me and behavior went from bad to worse. So we left the hotel.

Due to this episode we were mentally harassed and was without a place to stay till midnight. Very bad hospitality. This whole episode disturbed us deeply. Online booking a hotel was no less than a nightmare. We don’t expect such low quality services and rude behavior in Delhi(The heart and capital of India). We want an apology. 2:- Our money paid to expedia + Compensation for the trouble, Discomfort and Poor services.
