Reliance Pro3 Wifi DataCard – Speed Review

Reliance Data Card No.: 938-XXX-0421 Complaint Request No. : 231163894 I bought the above mentioned Reliance Pro3 Wifi Data on 6th Mar, 2015. At the time of Demo, I was getting decent speed (600 – 1200 Kbps) and most of the times it was above 1 Mbps in the data card brought for demo but after getting the new data card I am getting only around 100-300 Kbps in my home.

Sometime it does not even connect to the internet. I have raised a number of complaints with different levels still no one is able to resolve the issue even after 1 month. Raised no. of complaints with the below mentioned representative/source. Everyone is simply saying wait for 1 day or 2 days but they do not come back after that and the issue is resolved by none. 1) Customer Care (180030005555) 2) Appellate Authority (via phone calls and mails) 3) Technical/Network Team 4) ZTE DataCard Service Center (replaced the datacard with a new one) 5) Local Reliance Store (Purasaiwalkkam) 6) Chennai Reliance Head Office 7) www.consumercomplaints.in/ Complaint Request#: • 231163894 – 15/3/2015 • 23132640 – 20/3/2015 • 231469577 – 24/3/2015 • 231321640 – 27/3/2015 • 231623150 – 28/3/2015 • 2318594477 – 4/4/2015 Never seen this kind of irresponsible behavior from an appellate authority level officials. They are simply closing the complaints and creating a duplicate ticket to tell me that the ticket is not so old. I am really fed up with these guys and wasted so much of time with Reliance executives to explain and argue about the issue. I lost all the hope that Reliance will solve this issue and provide me good service.

Calling Customer Care and explain the issue each & every time 2. Calling & mailing the appellate authorities about the issue 3. Went to Reliance Store (Purasawalkkam) to report the issue 4. Went to Reliance – Head Office to escalate the issue 5. Went to ZTE service centre to solve the issue with the datacard

I want either of these solution from Reliance to put an end to this issue. 1) I bought this data card to get internet connection, still I need that service, so I want Reliance to look into the issue immediately and provide me a solution such a way I can get minimum of 1 Mbps all the time and waiver all the bills from the day one to the date when the issue is resolved. All the above mentioned condition should happen before the end of April, 2015. 2) If the condition (1) is not fulfilled, then Reliance Communication or whoever is responsible should pay me: 48 times of whatever I spend for this useless device till now (i.e. (DataCard price + Monthly Bill Amount) * 48)
