On 18-2-2015 I sent a letter by registered post addressed to Manager, Andhra Bank, Venkataramana Colony, Kurnool-518003 for which a receipt bearing number RN523005296IN was issued.The postal tracking statement shows event as “article undelivered [door locked/first intimation]and it is dated 19-2-2015. I filed online complaint also on 2-3-2015 but to no avail. Further I made a written complaint to Superintendent of Post Offices Kurnool on 17-3-2015 and have received no response. The article is still undelivered.

I had enclosed important documents with that letter in connection with change of my residential address which was necessary for my application for internet banking. As a consequence of non delivery of the documents my application for internet banking is still pending with the bank. I am a senior citizen and cannot visit bank frequently hence I applied for internet banking. I am facing much difficulty in doing transactions.

The addressee is a bank and by stretch of no imagination the bank will be locked at the time mentioned in tracking statement(10-10 a.m) as the bank starts working from 9-30 a.m. Hence I pray for delivery of the letter to the addressee. Further I have suffered mental agony as a consequence of non delivery and for that I must be compensated with an amount of Rs.10,000/-
