I am using the spidigo Broadband isp from January. i have purchased the plan of 4 mbps and i am getting 1.6 Mbps max speed some times even i cant connect to internet. from 26.03.2015 i have registered the complain but they don’t shorted my complain. they directly closed my complain without any confirmation, since last 9 days i am having problem to connect internet. they provided no solution for this. i asked them to refund my money. they told me there is no process of money refund. they are making joke of customers complain. they have collected the charge of 1 year from me. my user id is – msahid my complain no – 150324015
For this isp i cant excess to my mail so my client used another one and i got lose off 50000 rs by fault of the isp Evan i have used other way to use internet it cost me 1500. I want my full money back and i never want to use this isp.
