The website (http://www. siddharthainnhotel. com) shows that on booking the room online 25% off would be provided in the tariff. Moreover, the tax rate provided on the website states 11.5% tax rate for the room booked by me (EXECUTIVE SPECIAL DBL). But to my surprise I have been been charged at full rate i.e. 25% off was not given and tax rate charged at 17.5%. In this regard the hotel management kept blaming travelguru.com and travelguru.com kept blaming hotel management. But none of showed any interest in resolving my grievance.

I have been charged Rs. 4,935 whereas I would have been charged Rs.3,512. I want refund of excess amount charged and written apology from both the parties (i.e. hotel management and travelguru.com) for providing deceiving information on the website.
