Houseful furniture – defective products

Through Online Shopping website of Houseful furniture 7 furniture items were booked and payment of Rs.72,710 was done on 16/04/2013. Houseful on acceptance of payment sent an Home delivery challan stating delivery by May 7th, 2013. But to my dismay delivery was done partially with defective products in July, 2013. Since then i have been repeatedly complaining them regarding the partial delivery, defective products which are to be replaced, but they only lodged the complaints and no delivery of products or repair/replacement of damaged products.

Consequently i couldn’t use the products which have been delivered partially and not assembled, and couldn’t use the products which were defective/damaged on delivery. My entire expenses incurred for ordering the products viz Rs.72,710/- was not justified through proper delivery to the customer as promised through their Home delivery Challan HDC No 9953/2013/1081.
