Snapdeal – Product Returned, No Refund

I had purchased few items(fort colloins jacket) from snapdeal in January 2014. The size was small so i wanted to return. Snapdeal representative said that the courier partner is unable to locate the address hence I should send it will be reimbursed. I had to follow-up with them at least 100 times via mails and calls both but to no avail. The reimbursement is still pending. Also with this return order I had Rs 200 as SD cash which was due to earlier returns. This SD cash is not supposed to expire. However the snapdeal website shows Rs 0 as SD cash when I did not make any purchases, I have explained this to the representative several times and they agrees that the amount should reflect as Rs200 and they forward the complaint to their internal department but I did not see any results and I have spent more than 300 on calling them several times explaining the same thing again and again. they can search my account using my contact no 9278408xxx. Please help.

I want refund of money and compensation of calls made.
