Hello Sir, I have purchased a Double Bed Last year from Housefull Furnitures. As per the terms and conditions, the product was under warranty till 1st March 2015. On February 23 2015, I have reported some issues with the bed: 1. In one of the plank, the ply has burst open from one end automatically. 2. One of the side ply has started breaking from mid. On reporting the issue, I was told: 1. The product is not under warranty Although the defects are Manufacturing defects but still I am being charged a big sum of money Request you to kindly help me

Although the product is under warranty Still I am being asked money for repairing The design defect will lead to further damages in coming days and soon I will end up paying double the price for the same product in the name of repairing On damaged product I will soon start getting physical pains etc

I simply want company to accept their design defect and replace the defective part with part having proper specification so that I don’t need to worry every now and then Else, I need my money back
