I have received my Jan-2015 Idea bill on 05.02.15. It is observed that, there is excess billing charges they have charged against 3G data usage of my number: 9993567209. As per bill 3G data usage from 05.01.15 – 25.01.15 is 8GB and from 26.01.15 – 04.02.15 is 3.5GB.I understood there is a wrong bill preparation in 3G data usage. My recent bills from Oct-14 are all between Rs.2000 – Rs.2500. Regarding this I have sent three remainder mail to IDEA from 08.02.15. But there is no response.

Same type of excess billing happened in my case in the month of July’2014 & Aug’2014. That time also, no response from IDEA. This is a third time repeated. Total excess billing is approx. Rs.11,000(Eleven Thousand) I demand Waiver on excess billing.
