Housefull Inter. – not delivered my products, payment made

I purchase furniture and made two transaction on July 07, 2013 for Rs. 16520 , through my HDFC Bank Cr. Card at Housefull Inter., ECR, Chennai. First , On July 07, 2013 I used my HDFC Bank credit card for Rs. 16520 at 12:44:41 , the transaction was rejected/declined and a counterslip for decline/rejection was also generated. This is fine and OK. Secondly , thereafter on the same day i.e July 07, 2013 , again ,I used my HDFC Bank Cr. Card for Rs. 16520 at 12:44:57 . For this second transaction immediately , I received an SMS from HDFC Bank , thanking me for using my credit card at Housefull Inter. for Rs. 16520 on July 7. 2013 at 12:44:57. For this second txn , no slip was generated ( neither for rejection nor for succcessful). This is the second transaction , which the merchant ( Houseful Int.) is claiming is not successful. The store is neither delivering the furniture nor accepting that I made the payment.I have received statement ( July 13) of my HDFC Cr Crad, which clearly shows that the transaction made for Rs. 16520 on July 07, 2013 at 12:44:57 was successful and the same was claimed by the merchant 9 Houseful inter.) on July 09, 2013.
