Iball Andy – Manufacturing defect in mobile

Have purchase the mobile Iball Andy 4.3a in October 2012 with one year warrant. But within 3-4 months the charger and the hands free was get faulty. Due to busy schedule I did not complaint for the same. After one month my mobile was getting restart automatically any time. Hence I visited the service centre at above said address. They said it may be software issue and they reset the mobile and re load the software and gave me the mobile back. After one week, the issue starts again. Again I visit the above Service centre and this time they ask me to submit the mobile for one week. They check and kept mobile under observation and returned the same stating issue is now resolved. This time, within 2-3 hours only, the problem of restart of mobile was started again. I called them back and ask for solution. This time their reply was that the mother board needs to be changed. And for this I have to submit my mobile again for almost one month. This way only the mobile body will remain same and the entire heart of the mobile will be changed. I am not comfortable with this solution as I got entire piece with defect including charger and hands free. Also I don’t have such extra time to visite again and again to their service centre. I am working with the private sector bank at Himatnagar location and hence can’t visit regularly. Have sent mail also in this regards to their service mail ID. But till date not getting proper solution.

I want my mobile to be replaced with the fresh one with revised warrantee and all assessories. Because within only 2 months time, I found all parts are faulty.
