Please ignore the Home Solution in brand. This complaint is against “Housefull Internation Ltd” Hi, I bought Calino betset from Housefull store, Aundh, Pune. At the time of purchase we were told that metal sockets are used to tight the screws which is found fake at the time of delivery. Every part, Bed, Side table and wardrobe were having so many scratches. Not only scratches, there are many damage points on the furniture. one lock of the wardrobe is not working since day one. These problems were reported on the customer sign form which was given by the assembly boy. Old or damaged furniture is sold on the false information. One engineer was sent to my home (after around 15 times followup with Mr Jagdish in Aundh store) who came up with the marker to paint the scratches. I paid the money for the new furniture not for the repaired furniture. Also, this engineer told me that furniture is paper laminated which was never disclosed by the sales team. I am feeling cheated and either return my money or provide me the brand new furniture. Furniture was booked in my wife’s name Sarita Devi with Booking No- 101930814226 HDC 1019/2014/1679. Till now I was following up with Mr. Jagdish and not getting any support so far. I am being fooled on daily basis and my family is suffering. I am not in position to buy new furniture and to avoid any further damage to the furniture, my family is sleeing on the floor. I request to this Ministry of consumer affairs to please help me and my family. Thanks a lot. Nitin

want my money back as this product is sold on the basis of false information and hidden facts. Such seller should get the penalty by Govet of India which would be a lesson that India public and Govt can not be cheated further.
