This is with reference to my booking ID NF2204335826819. I had booked return ticket for Mumbai – Kolkatta sector. departing on 15th September and returning on 17th September 2014. I traveled on 15th September to Kolkatta through ticket booked by you but due to unavoidable reason I had to arrive early. Hence on 16th Morning I placed request to cancel ticket of 17th September. I did confirmation online but not through any other means . So I assumed that ticket had got cancelled. When I checked up on 17th Morning the ticket was on confirmed status. I spoke to the customer representative on 17th and he suggested me to cancel full ticket and mark reason as no show . I thought I would get 40% refund back but to my horror I got only Rs. 84.
